Safety Protocols for Community Engagement Events

We are doing our best to create a safe environment for our students, faculty, staff, and off-campus guests. Please note that we will update this website as university, local, state, and national guidance is released.

Here are ways you can help us create a safe environment at our events.

  • Get a COVID-19 vaccine. Students, faculty, and staff may register their vaccination status through the university’s voluntary vaccine reporting form.
  • Wear a mask indoors, regardless of your vaccination status. We will have masks available at all of our events.
  • Stay home if you are not feeling well or experiencing symptoms of illness. Contact the program organizer to see if a recording of the event or virtual option is available.
  • Practice good hygiene habits including washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizer. Also, cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow.

If you have questions about attending a Community Engagement event. Please contact our office by e-mail or phone.
